I am a clean person. I am a tidy person. I am an organized person. Nothing gives me more peace of mind than a clean, orderly space to call my own. Now. My roommate on the other hand is one of the filthiest, dirtiest, unkempt people I have ever known. I love this girl, with all my heart. She’s like a little sister to me, but I CANNOT live like this anymore. And as much as I will miss her this summer and this year, I will be so glad when I don’t have to live in HER filth anymore. I have been sick for going on a month and a half and it has been really hard for me to keep up with school, let alone cleaning. But even I have kept tidy while being seriously ill. SHE just LIVES in filth. Clothes, trash, just shit everywhere and today it’s gotten out of hand. THIS is the bullshit I have to put up with. I have asked her to clean so many times and she just doesn’t pay attention to the fact that the room being filthy makes me uncomfortable and unhappy. I can only do so much to keep my stuff clean when she leaves filth everywhere. And at some point I think I’ve given up. I apologize for the rant but I’m just so done with this right now. It may not look so bad in the picture but christ it’s so much worse than it shows. IT’S FUCKING AWFUL. And the worst thing? She’s just laying on top of all that shit right now, eating take out, which she’ll probably just leave on the floor like everything else.
